How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Custom or handcrafted items may require an additional 2-4 days for production before they are dispatched.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my American Antler products?
To maintain the luster of natural antler, avoid prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and apply a small drop of mineral oil once a year to prevent drying.
Are the antlers ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We exclusively use 'sheds,' which are antlers naturally dropped by deer and elk each year. No animals are harmed in the creation of our fashion line.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach our international antler enthusiasts soon.
